Gendron and Hendrix began their collaborative partnership many years ago at VIVO Media Arts Centre (Vancouver, BC) where they ran the Exhibition and Technical departments respectively. Since that time, they have been interested in creating community around the arts.
They were awarded a grant from the Manitoba Arts Council’s “Connecting at a Distance” grant to promote a/v performance artists across the Prairies during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find these artists below or follow @prairie_av_art on Instagram.
